  This Best Buy is definitely not the peek of customer service. The staff needs more training, because they simply don't know how to handle serious cases. The supervisors/managers are no better. Back in May of 2017 I had a battery issue with my iPhone, and since it was still under warranty, I took it to Apple to get I fixed. Long story short I was told that my warranty had been over since May 2016, yet I purchased the phone itself in August 2016. It took me 4 DAYS to get in touch with a manager, who at first told me quick and clear that my phone wasn't used, even after having proof from Apple that the phone had been activated and linked in December 2015. I work in the customer service industry and calling a client a liar is by far the worst thing you can do. He had to call Apple himself to get told that y device was indeed used on the time of purchase. Definitely not a place I would recommend. I'll buy my next phone directly with Apple to save myself the trouble.

  Employees weren't super helpful but they had a good variety of stuff. If you know what you want then it's a good place to go.

  This was the second time that I’ve been there when the staff just seemed not to know what was going on. Wanted to buy a floor model and had to go through four or five different people who all told me different things about the return policy. In the end one of the floor-clerks took the item to the back for an undisclosed reason. I decided it wasn’t worth it and decided to buy from somewhere else. Would not recommend to buy opened box from there.

  Lots of selection. If you want customer service do not expect to have it here. Customer representatives are always looking at their cellphone or looking away if you look like you might need help.
